Water Images

I was able to outline the water with the Polygonal Lasso tool in Photoshop and then soften the edges with slightly with the feather tool. I then used the motion blur tool to obtain a smoother water effect. Although I like the originals better than the edited ones, I believe the smooth water effect would look a lot better on waterfalls.

Panorama Views

This is just an extra one for fun

This is an overview of Rexburg in the evening. I figured since every photo that I have for my photo book is taken in Rexburg, than an overview would be appropriate enough. I was able to take a bunch of photos really close together at different times. I then placed them all in photoshop and merged them together. I was then able to crop the picture and make adjustments to it.

The assignment was to take a photo each day of the week. I was able to get lucky with a few of the photos I took. The night I took the picture of the temple, it was raining and storming. It gave the background an incredible hue of dark blue. The circus just happened to be around Monday night and give me some out-of-the-ordinary shots. The sun was in the perfect spot when I took the picture of the red flowers and the mama squirrel was an accommodating subject. The photo of the little mermaid is something I painted in February. I really wanted it to be in my photo book so I decided to take a picture of the painting.
